Without the generosity of our enthusiastic
supporters namely yourselves, the IJF would be unable to
continue to maintain its commitment to assisting injured
jockeys. Each year we pay out olmost £1.5m in medical
fees, grants and other charitable expenses. Our only guaranteed
source of income (which itself is variable) is from investment
income ( £1/2m ) and our annual sales of Christmas
cards, calendars, and other gift items, on which we heavily
